    Calling all Smoke Hollow owners!

    I have the older sams club version. It also would not get any lower than 230 degrees. I bought a Bayou Classic adjustable regulator, and replaced the factory one, i light the smoker , and leave the knobs on high, Then tune the flames down with the knob on the regulator until i get it set right...
