First post hi all. Was smoking brisket last night fire went for about for an hour and meat was at 58. Before fire went out meat was at 158. I removed from smoker when I found fire out finished in oven at 300 till it reached 205. Is it safe to eat. Have several people coming over in about 6 hrs...
