Forgot to say in my initial post that I am from South Louisiana and everyone probably already knows just how much we love to eat just about everything down here. Heck, after I learn a little bit about smoking I might put some alligator or speckled trout in there.
I'm 71 and still enjoy learning and taking advice on subjects I know little about. Smoking and cooking in general is high on that list. Got my Master built Electric smoker almost 3 years ago an just haven't had enough time to get into smoking much. I am so ready. Really love pork tenderloin...
