Good morning all. I'm thinking about smoking a whole bird today. I've seen suggestions on butterflying it to smoke. I've smoked whole chickens before, but never did the butterfly method. Some suggestions on that and seasoning would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Good Monday morning. I hope all you dads out there had a great Father's Day. I put 3 racks on the smoker yesterday. This is late, but I wanted to share. The whole family loved them and a few said they were competition ribs. These guys don't BS. I do think they turned out really good.
