I'm building a grill and going to be insulating it and was curious how thin i can go with my material without worrying about warpage. I'm going to use a 1 inch layer of kaowool and a 16ga skin but didnt know if i could get away with a 16ga piece on the inside as well or if I need to go thicker...

Im a welder and in my line of work galvanizing sickness is a real thing you will get dizzy have a bad headache and super nauseous. That being said those symptoms occur from inhaling the fumes while welding. Personally would I want any galvanizing in my cooker no, but at the same time I cannot...
