    If you ever come across a 10% off Lowes coupon, HD will match it.  Thats how I got my 18.5" WSM.

    Not sure if its cool to refer to another site, but check out the virtual weber bullet site and forum. A wealth of info.  While its ready to go out of the box, I decided to build an ash 'basket' out of an extra grate, some eye bolts and stainless zip ties.  I also sprung for a Cajun Bandit door...
