Hey y'all I've never built a smoker but figures it can't be hard. I got a trailer and a 250 gallon propane tank.. My buddy who's actually getting out of the military to open up his own welding shop is going to help me out. Just have a few questions on how I could safely clear out the tank before...- joe r
