Focus, Welcome and just a note. My wife bought the big Masterbuilt for me and I found out real qick if you ever want cold smoke you will have to buy an add on of some kind. I dont get any smoke from mine till the temp gets over 200. Charlie -

Stumbled into thr forum and read a lot of cooking tips. Been smoking for 20 years or so using New Braunfels smoker till it fell apart, Old Smokey Electric and now a Brinkman Electric. Kids are grown andgone so only cook for me and the bride except for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
