    I will warn you, it's gonna stall but don't panic!! Just give yourself enough time! I have only done 4 so far but the last two were good! I am doing number five to see if I can replicate the results!

    Finally a successful butt cook!!!

    I used a simple rub, brown sugar, paprika, onion and garlic powder, etc... I used hickory and cherry for smoke. It tasted great!

    I finally got a good pulled pork cook thanks to all the great knowledge posted on here. I used some finishing sauce and the family loved it!!!! Pics to follow shortly. On my other phone!!
