Smoked Bacon ( step by step with Qview )
I just got a pork belly tonite and followed your recipe for the cure. My only question is was it ok that the skin was still on the one side? Also would it be ok to leave it cure till next weekend which would be 11 days.- curtis9

New to smoking
Hey everyone, I just got into smoking and have a old oven with a 1500 watt heating coil and a thermostar digital controller. Haven't smoked anything with it but I hope to do some chicken this weekend. Curtis
