    Howdy!!

    I'm new here, obviously. I have never been able to grill, gas or charcoal, and not burn just about everything. Just got a Traeger and it seems a lot more like an oven, and I do ok with that. Anyhow I'm from Oregon, Mid-Valley area.

    Thickening Sauces

    Xanthan gum is a great thickener. Give it a shot, requires a very very very small amount. I think it's like 16x stronger than corn starch. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
