About to burn in the new mak 2 star
It took about 30 mins to get to 450 but they said that would be normal for the first time. I am doing a couple slabs of baby back ribs and Sunday I am going to do a brisket.- bayamon23

My mak2 star is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday I have one question should I purchase a digital temperature device such as a maverick or does the digital meat probe that comes with the mak work fine?- bayamon23

Mak 1 star general vs fast eddy pg 500
