    Lone Star Pellet smoker 20X36 regrets?

    I’m considering pulling the trigger on a LSG pellet smoker. The 42” seems like more smoker than I’d ever need, but I realize it’s only 6” longer than the 36”. Does anyone who has the 36” have any regrets on their choice and wished they got the 42”, if so, why?

    24+ Hours to Smoke Two Butts??

    Still glassy-eyed from lack of sleep last night waiting on two 9.5 lbs butts I smoked in my MES 30 with the Mailbox mod.  I guessed the time to finish to be 11-12 hours, same as a single (prior mailbox mod), but the first one didn't hit 203 degrees until just after 23 hours and the 2nd I let hit...
