    Ribs turned out perfect! Had only one flair up which came 40min in...foil covering wood chips that are in 8" cast iron skillet must have got knocked loose when putting skillet into smoker. Need to find better way to cover that skillet. Only problem is there are no leftovers.... Cheers

    Received master built gas smoker. Have read many tips on modifying and improving factory smoker. Have replaced factory temp gauge and added iron skillet with cover for smoking pan. Any last minute tips for first smoke tomorrow. Doing baby back ribs, following 221 method...tomorrow's outside temp...
