    Very nice. I'm going to be staggering my cooking all day. Won't be eating until around 6 so the ribs will go on around 1, jalapeño poppers around 3, and tenderloin around 4:30-5. I love reasons to do this variety of cooking.

    Name is Joe. Born and raised in the Central NY region. Been smoking around a year now. Currently using a masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and a webber grill for my smoking/grilling needs. Real interested in improving what I do and trying new things out. I'll be reading!
