Finally got a day off to really test this guy out! Unfortunately the wind here in Raleigh, NC is relentless today. 15-20mph winds. So I made this wind shield out of the box and it seems to be working! Been at a steady 225-240 temp for 3 hours. I'll post pictures when I pull the pork in a few hours!
