    Looks great Disco!  Quick question, did you notice any different cooking times with injecting?  In my head im thinking adding more liquid might distribute the heat a bit better and make it a bit quicker.

    MES too much air?

    I've seen some people put a few inches of PVC pipe over the vent so maybe I'll try that.  Is the pipe size equal to the vent opening? or should I be using a large enough pipe to go over the vent adjusting tab? Thanks for the advice so far

    Anybody have a problem with a the MES getting too much air?   I live in a condo community and unfortunately the only place I have to fire up my MES is just off of a lake.     not holding my mouth right

    When I first started with my MES I had a similar problem. Only thing I did and it seems to have worked fine since then was just unplug the control unit and plug it back in. I don't have the remote so I'm not sure if this is an option for you or not. Happy Smokin
