Pre seasoning new MES 30" - heats up but I don't see smoke
Hi guys, I am new to smoking. Recently purchased a MES at home depot (display model) for $149 w/ remote and glass window. Anyways, I am pre-seasoning the smoker at 275 for 3 hours and just added less than a handful of chips at the last 45 minutes according to the instructions. At 1.5 hours...- liceriojay
