    A few years ago I found this recipe for smoked burgers, and since joining this site I discovered the "Fattie" so I figured I'd make the Hamburger fattie stuffed with blue cheese.     FNG from San Diego here I've done a little smoking on my Weber kettle, but I've stepped it up a notch and got a Brinkmann Trailmaster vertical smoker. I'm a newbie to the world of smoking. Looking forward to getting many ideas from everyone here. Dave
