Pit Boss at Menards
I bought one. Used it three times and the unit has a problem. I sent my first service request on 08/31/15. I finally received a response on 09/21/15 asking if my problem had been solved. At this point I would have to say that this is a grossly over priced inferior product with horrible service...- lhpike
