Thanks for all the comments. I am part of a team and the the grass-fed brisket is for friends/family, no the comp. I will try it and see how it goes!
I will report back in mid-October after the American Royal.
We raise grass fed beef and would like to smoke it for the upcoming American Royal BBQ competition in Kansas City, MO.
I understand grass-fed beef is not good for BBQ.
Has anyone had success with grass-fed beef BBQ? I appreciate any tips you may have.
