    Hello Ajsmokes,trying my first brisket smoke.Looking at your pic,is this ready to go into the smoker,no trimming , no major rub,just 4 spices?

    Those are green onions for flavor.My UDS was built from an old Weber kettle BBQ (grills,cover and vents) and a 55gallon drum.I'll be posting pictures of it as soon as I take some.
