Hello all, my name is Chris, I have been smoking for 4 years on a Cheapo smoker, but I now have a new smoker(Pics to Come)! Looking forward to smoking a ton of stuff! It is a off set smoker, which I am going to be using charcoal until I can get a good supply of wood! IF anyone knows a good place...
