    Hi all, I've been reading the forums for a while, and I'm finally diving in. My wife got me an electric smoker for Father's Day, and tomorrow is the maiden voyage. 8# pork shoulder (butt). I'll take pictures!!! Thanks for all the help you've given me so far.
