first smoked chicken
Hi all, Could find what I was looking for so I'll ask here. Im new here and to smoking. Im going to do a whole chicken tomorrow. I have heard to wrap it in foil after 1 hour but to cook for 3 hrs. Is this correct? Im thinking in foil it wont get the smoke flavor as well.
