I have a Maverick wireless thermometer that recently died. I've been shopping around for a replacement as a birthday present for myself next month. I would use mine for smoking on a Weber Smokey Mountain and grilling on a Weber 22" Kettle. My favorite things to smoke are pork butts, spare ribs...- kalrith
