Thanks for the welcome. Been smokin' meat for a number of years using a Masterbuilt 7 in 1 propane smoker and turnin' out some pretty good Q. Just switched recently to a gen 1 30" MES. Looking forward to enjoying the tips and tricks for using this unit from you experienced fellas.- artiannone
