Just received the flame boss 200 wifi in the mail and am going to install it on my offset smoker...
Not sure if i should place it on the butterfly vent side of the fire box or the CC side...
Read once that if placed on the vent side that it would blow ash into and on food in the cook chamber...

Tender, juicy and great tasting. I sliced up what was left over and put in freezer.
My question is… what is the best way to heatup, nuke, broil,? some slices to get that just smoked brisket back again?
