    FIRST PORK BUTT ????

    I'll be doing my first Pork Butt on my WSM.. It's 17lbs. Would I be better off cutting it in half? Planned on putting it in at around 11pm and cooking though night and next day.

    Reporting in From Washington

    Curently used by grill to smoke a Briskett and a Prime Rib, was not easy but made it work both were a success. Now I'm getting ready to get the Trailmaster vertical and continue my smoking adventure.
