    Do you Finish the inside of your smoker???

    Just wondering if there is any type of finishing that is used on the inside of these steel smokers.  Obviously,  a lot of people paint the outside with a high temp paint, but is it best to leave all the interior steel completely as bare metal?? Is rust an issue?  Most commercial made smokers...
