New Years Baby..........Backs!!
Ok here we go almost 11pm on New Years Eve and the prepping the BB's with rub and mustard. Will start smoking at about 7am , should be about 15deg. outside but I have the new blanket I made on the smoker so keep your fingers crossed??? The Plan is 2-2-1 but will check for doneness as time goes...- ducker tut
