I need some advise on the a-maz-n pellet tray &products. I did the mailbox mod on my MES "smoker but have had 2 failed attempts at getting the pellets to stay lit. MES. 30 inch NEED MORE SMOKE??
What can i do to get more smoke on my meat. I dont like feeding the chips every 30 mins. Has anyone used the cold smoke attachment that masterbuilt had? What other choices do i hv ? Meat doesnt hv enough smoke taste? Thanks Larry- larryacguy

Hi, This is my first post, (except to introduce myself on roll call) I just got a masterbuilt 30" electric smoker for fathers day/birthday. I like it so far.
