Help! smoking a Boston butt!
Hi there! I know this is probably a common question! I have a Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited Edition. I want to smoke a pork butt, keeping it around 185-195 but I have no idea how to regulate the heat. The BTLE is a charcoal grill with an offset firebox.
