Found these guys in the freezer the other day and decided to see if they were any good. I defrosted them took them out of the 1 gallon freezer bag, and unwrapped the Glad Press N Seal. Sprinkled them with KC Masterpiece steak seasoning with garlic and let them set while I fired up the Q3...
Uncovered my Pitmaster Q3 pellet smoker after a Monsoon spring in central Texas. Fired it up and "Baked" an HEBs Pizza which turned out great. (Better than our convection oven.) cooked it on High setting 500deg for 20 minutes.
Then did an HEBs 1/2 chicken with Salt Lick original dry rub...
