Took the Family Camping, my dad brought up his smoker smoked some chicken lollipops!
smoked them with some cheery for 3.5 hrs at 250.
turned out great.
smoked blongna for lunch but did not take any photos.
Ground beef with mushrooms Garlic onions and, peppers and Mozzarella. No bacon this time but next time for sure.. Cooked it with some Cherry for 3.5 hours at 225. also smoked some pork spare ribs.
both turned out great. I will do more with the fatty next time.. More spices in the meat. But...
Going to smoke 2 racks of Pork Spare ribs in my offset Smoker Saturday, I have a bunch of Cherry wood, I was wondering if that wood would do the trick, also i am open to dry rub ideas Oh I will also be doing a beer can Chicken at the same time, any thought or tips would be much appreciated. Thanks
Hello I'm Jason I just started smoking, bought a used offset charcoal smoker last week and smoked 2 beer can chickens in it this weekend for a party I was having, Turned out great! Love all the great info on the forum.
