Hello everyone. My names Jimmy, I'm from a farm in New jersey. I have a cold smoker I made out of concrete block last year for my bacons. After seasoning it with a half cord of wood it was ready to go. I look forward to talking about smoking and meat with you all.
Hey guys and gals, I just found this site and happy to join. Looks like a lot of good things here. I was wondering if any one knows a good place to buy things like casings, spices, cheeses? I know of LEM, the sausage maker, but was hoping to find something better. Any info greatly appreciated.
