I see where some do great using cheaper smokers at big comps running against big expensive smokers costing 10s of thousands of bucks. My guess would be its much easier to control temps and have it consistent on a small smoker. What are you guys thoughts on this if you have any? I've never...
Will they be dry if I don't? Never brined anything before and make killer chicken on the grill. I don't use water. Just a teracota flower pot bottom on top of waterpan . Using a WSM Thanks in advance!
Just got here today. Looks like a good place to learn. I have a big and little weber and a Oid Smokey grill. Just got a WSM and used it one time so far. Ribs turned out great. Plan is to do a butt and 3 chickens on my day off Friday. My moto is if it don't taste like wood it ain't no good!
