Smoked Some Turkey Today
Happy New Year all! Figured I would start the New Year out right. Smoked a 18-pound turkey today....decided I wanted to eat it fast...so cut that sucker up and it was a real nice smoke. The legs, thighs and of course the breast cooked a while lot faster.. nice flavor...using apple and cherry...- island smoke
