Ambrosia is a defect in wood , caused by the Ambrosia boring beetle . Discolors the wood , and makes some really nice features . I figured it would make some nice serving or display boards .

A tray of 8 legs , or thighs were $14.00 each . So I always buy 2 trays of 1/4's...

Been wanting to try this for awhile . Had a full day at the mixer yesterday . 2 batches of pizza dough for later in the week . 2 - 500 gram batches of sourdough now resting in the fridge , and this batch of cinnamon loaf .
I tried this once before , with failed results . This time I used a mix...
Did 3 of these . The first one was just a basic sourdough batch that was in the fridge for 5 days .
Came out pretty good . The rosemary gives great flavor .

These 2 went 2 days in the fridge . Got the dough out yesterday morning to warm up , and did some...
Since chuck is so expensive , and I bought a bunch of whole strip loins for under 6 bucks , I used a section for some crockpot roast beef and taters . You just need to adjust your time since it doesn't have the connective tissue to break down .
Here's how it went ,
Broke the roast into smaller...
