    amnps does not stay lit

    Looking for some input on my amnps problem. I've tried 2 brands of pellets, 1 brand is from the amnps website, and neither stays lit. I put the pellets in an oven for 45 minutes at 300 degrees, start the pellets with a butane torch, use a blow dryer to really get the pellets going, and let them...

    need ideas for smoker build

    I've been using a UDS and recently got a fire-rated cabinet from work that i wanted to build a smoker out of.  What would be the best design for this cabinet...side box...rear box...something inside it. It has a "smoke stack" at the center rear of cabinet. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.
