Does anyone boil their ribs first?
I boiled my ribs first then let them cool for a few hours marinaded them overnite and then cooked them slowly in smoker for 4 hours and I must say they where the best ribs ever.
Your thoughts please.....
I bought a small bag of hickory today for smoking pork buttt on reading forum some say soak chips so they don't make the meat bitter. Some say use dry chips DON'T know what to do.
Also should i cook meat for a time before i add the chips as i only have a small amount of chips?
Gona attempt pulled pork for the first time so i would be very grateful for all ur help an ideas from preperation to finished product from the smoker.

Hi all i have recently built a smoker from 2 propane cylinders 1 large cylinder for chamber and small one for fire box using lumpwood charcoal i have started a good fire and the smoke travels well but does not create enough heat especially the bottom half of chamber. Any help on this matter...
