It's a cold Monday here in nebraska going to get some snow tomorrow so why not smoke a pork loin something simple. Have a 4 pound loin rubbed down with Greek seasoning going to glaze it with some jalapeño jelly when it reaches about 110 and pull it when it hits 140 to 145 I hope the glaze works...

Well Monday is my day off so I thought I would try my hand at a pork loin. It's just under 5 pounds I rubbed it down with some mustard and rub and the let it soak it up. Also put on a big pan of veggies. I love my veggies and will eat these with lunch this week too.

Going to smoke some ribs and chicken today getting ready to get the propane smoker going here soon this is what we got going on.
Ribs just rubbed with seasoning and chicken slathered with dorthy some rub and wrapped in bacon hope it turns out as good as it sounds. Going to do the ribs 3-2-1...
Thought I would try some baby back ribs today got them just chilling out in the frig till noon when they will go on the smoker. Lets see how my first try turns out. Going to do the the 2-2-1 way. More to come.
