    My first question on this forum

    My wife fixed a roast (beef) the other day and there is too much for us to eat at this time.  I was wondering about making jerkey out of it if possible.  How would I deal with an already cooked roast?  This may be a dumb question but, I have to start somewhere.

    good evening all

    I see that I probably live across the state from Tulsajeff, in Woodward OK.  I moved there 11 years ago from the BBQ capital of the world, Kansas City, and have missed quality BBQ and smoked meats since.  What BBQ here is not my cup of tea so to speak so, guess I'll DYI.  hoping to find some...
