1st Pork Butt
Trying my first long smoke today with a 9 pound pork butt. This is only my 3rd time smoking. I've just done chicken and a turkey both of which were great. Just taking up smoking
I'm new but I've been lurking for a week or two. Just got my first smoker, a MES. Ordered an AMNPS and a thermometer off the same site. Bought 5 pounds of dust though before I realized I should have bought pellets. Went to the butcher today and bought brisket, a pork butt, spare ribs, country...- casual smoker
