Wrangler vs custom
After giving up on bbquepits.com, I searched around craigslist some more. I had decided on a brazos but realized it probably wouldn't fit on my porch. So a wrangler would be better, despite the smaller fire box and thinner metal. I came across this guy...- gunrunner23

What's up with bbquepits.com
After doing tons of research and wanting to move on to an offset while still using my UDS, I was nearly set on a wrangler. But on their own website they offer different smokers. The have a 16" all American one that has square fire box and is 3/16 for 760.00. Which is thicker then a wrangler...- gunrunner23

Side exhaust on uds?
Ive been looking around everywhere for my answer and have not found it. I have only seen one uds like it. I was wondering about having the exhaust stack come out the side of the drum? So the lid wouldnt have a bulky stack on it. I was thinking about using some 1.5 or 2 inch pipe with a nipple...- gunrunner23
