    Bacon wrapped smoked turkey

    Here's a pic from last night's experiment with bacon wrapping a bird. Smoked over pecan wood The bacon left the skin too wet to crisp up but added a great flavor. I'm thinking I'll just smoke the bird separate from now on though.
