Will wood touching the electric element hurt it?
Master Forge has the element exposed in the bottom. During smoking have to add wood and if wood gets on the element will it shorten the life or does it matter? Thanks.- doc beasley

How to smoke shrimp and mullet.
Lived in Ft Pierce, FL for awhile and ate some delicious smoked shrimp and mullet out of this world. Now live on the SC coast near Savannah, GA and have new smoker like to have recipes for smoking shrimp & mullet and fish in general.
