Hey guys... been a while since I've been on... but I'm still smokin away!
I did a search, but I'm getting frustrated finding the info I want.
My wife and I are hitting the road alot this coming year in our travel trailer and I want to be able to smoke some meat while out in the great outdoors...
So I broke in the Propane Smoke Vault 24" the last 2 weekends with some jerky and some STL pork steaks... so, keeping with the theme of my roots, St. Louis... I got a 3 pack of St. Louis ribs from Costco the other day.
I'm still pretty new to smoking... only a couple years. I always do a dry...

Literally! From the forest fires to my Smoker... to my indoor grill that always sets off the smoke alarm.
I'm a forest ranger, although, I'm stuck at the ranger station most of the time.... but love the mountains and the lifestyle. Someday, maybe sooner than later...a possible dream of mine...
