Hey guys, I just picked up a new Memphis Advantage. It works great for grilling and I will be smoking with it soon to see how it compares to my Bradly. Have any of you smoked with one of these before? Thanks.

Has anyone ever smoked one before?  We raise elf on our farm and in the next month or two we will be taking some in to be butchered. I am thinking about having him give me the brisket so I can try to smoke it.
