Oklahoma Joes Longhorn Digi que control
I have an OK Joes Longhorn, and have a BBQ Guru Digi q controller ordered. I have a charcoal box with minion maze “walls”. And sometimes I just use wood, no charcoal. So where is the best place to mount the Digi Q?- denden28

Vertical smoker cookoff
This has been my day, experimenting with my new vertical smokers. I found a Dos Equis ECB on Craigslist for $30. It was new, assembled but never used. Sliced Pork Butt
I have a situation that callls for sliced pork butt rather than pulled pork. I need it to be finger food rather than sandwich type food. Any tips or pointers, if I smoke it to 170 degrees will I be able to slice without pulling it? -
